Welcome to my Practice

My approach to therapy is supportive and calm, allowing you space to explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors in a collaborative environment. During therapy, we can gain insight into where symptoms originated, while also working to cope with and mitigate distressing feelings in the present. Therapy can allow you to be healthier, feel freer, and establish deeper, more compassionate, connections with yourself and others.

I work with adults and children in individual therapy. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, school and behavioral challenges, adoption issues, parenting coaching/support, learning differences, peer relationships, attachment, divorce, and life transitions. I offer treatment approaches including CBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, play therapy, and sand tray methods.

I also provide parenting support to individuals/couples who want more effective parenting strategies or to feel closer to their child(ren).
